Change Architect (Business Analyst)
About the role
Reporting to one of the Principal Consultants of Marbral Advisory, the role of Business Analyst will review, analyse and evaluate business systems, processes and user needs. The role holder will document requirements, define scope and objectives to align to overall project delivery goals and be able to work in fast paced environments. This role could be full time, part time, permanent or fixed term contractor.
Key responsibilities
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats and making improvement recommendations
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications and requirements with the aim of improving processes and services
• Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications and future requirements
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information and trends
• Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, working collaboratively with business, operational and finance teams to ensure they have confidence in the projects outcomes
• Provide leadership in facilitating information gathering, structured documentation and presentation of findings to all levels of management.
• Document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan
About you
Demonstrated success in the delivery of business analysis work packages for a range of projects. Experience of formal Business Analysis methodologies in the implementation and delivery of this work. Possesses excellent document management skills. Excellent communication skills, particularly via written media. Ideally possesses excellent organisational skills.

Computer Skills:
Must be proficient in use of MS Office particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to advanced level, Internet and email. Microsoft Project at an intermediate level is also an advantage.

Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area of study
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certified or other formal business analysis qualification.
