Change Architect (Project Manager) Isle of Man Based
About the Role
Reporting to the IoM Principal of Marbral Advisory, the role of Project Manager is responsible for leading complex projects and programmes with our clients and delivering effective organisational change. The role will utilise previous knowledge and experience of successful change delivery with a strong understanding of business, change and processes for the benefit of our clients.
Key Requirements and Responsibilities
Experience in project management and business change roles as well as management of complex commercial and stakeholder relationships.
Experience working in a high pressure, fast paced, large enterprise scale environment and thrive on delivering results against agreed timescales.
Responsible for establishing and managing a number of complex projects that span one or multiple lines of business to ensure the overall objectives are aligned to and directly support the achievement of strategic objectives.
Full project life cycle ownership: lead the delivery of transformation projects, securing delivery, managing and reporting on aggregated project plans and success criteria, metrics, test and deployment management activities, resourcing and managing potential conflicts in priorities.
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence. Use analysis, experience and judgement to mediate between project team members to identify the best and most suitable solution to issues which impact delivery of the required objectives.
Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organisation
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, scope change, costs, and timing while minimising financial risks, communicating across leadership.
Fully understand and consider the implications of decisions on timescales, budget, scope and resource.
Implement the change processes in a way such that appropriate documents are comprehensively written, and the key people are brought together for each stage gate review.
About You
Demonstrated success in project management roles for large scale or complex projects. Multi sector experience is desirable. Experience of formal Project Management methodologies in the implementation and delivery of this work.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area of study
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certification
APM PMQ Foundation/ Practitioner/Specialist Certification or equivalent Project Management certifications with a focus on Agile methodologies.

A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance and that of the business.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills that include facilitation and influencing skills, listening, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen.
Analytical mindset and critical thinking that takes a relevant, pragmatic and sustainable approach.
Comfortable working remotely / from client site with regular opportunities to come together.
Able to cope well with pressure.
Good problem-solving skills.
A team player who can collaborate and support others in an inclusive manner.
Computer Skills:
Must be proficient in use of MS Office particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to advanced level, Internet and email. Microsoft Project at an intermediate level is also an advantage.
