Extraordinary Leadership
Our team of experienced trainers were commissioned deliver a three-day interactive course, Extraordinary Leadership across all government departments.
The programme focuses on leadership, management, coaching, and time management. The audience selected to attend were executive and senior managers and emerging talent.
The project deliverables were as follows:
Tailoring of the Extraordinary Leadership course to the client’s needs and success criteria for the programme.
Facilitated three interactive and face-to-face programmes, using a combination of learning tools and interactive exercises over a 12-month period.
Conducted reviews and assessments to identify and implement any learnings and improvements as the programme progressed.
Results:
Our team redefined the format of the course to suit the needs of the client and received excellent feedback.
Three courses have now been successfully delivered and 85 people have been trained across 12 departments.
