Marbral Advisory Continues Expansion With New Senior Role In The Isle Of Man
Marbral Advisory has appointed Stuart Ingledew as a Principal Change Architect.
The new role has been created in response to the Company’s growing multi-jurisdictional portfolio and expansion in the Isle of Man. Mr Ingledew will deliver change management consultancy, business transformation project management, operational efficiency and digital advisory services to clients. He will also be responsible for contributing towards the successful growth of the business and brand through networking and developing market-leading products and services.
Mr Ingledew comes to Marbral Advisory after thirteen years at Standard Bank, where he was Head of Operations. He is a highly motivated individual with significant experience in managing large-scale operations in re-designing, re-structuring and implementing a variety of change solutions across multiple jurisdictions.
Mr Ingledew will be based in the Isle of Man but will be integral to projects across all of the British Isles. He will be the first point of contact for new clients in the Isle of Man and will also be working with Marbral Advisory’s resource pool of circa 300 consultants and associates to enhance service offerings. He will be working closely with Marbral Advisory’s CEO Leonie McCrann, to identify new product lines and deliver specialised thinking projects for both the public and private sectors.
Marbral Advisory supports a wide range of clients in the finance, legal, medical, gaming, utilities, logistics, telecommunications, construction and government sectors. The company has presence in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, UK, Malta and Portugal and specialises in digital, people and organisational change.
Mr Ingledew holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Mathematics, a Certificate in Financial Planning and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. In his spare time, Mr Ingledew enjoys a combination of fitness and sport, specifically playing football and squash. However, his main focus is spending quality time with his daughter. He also loves to travel; learning about new countries, their people and cultures.
