Marbral Advisory Achieves Jersey Living Wage Accreditation
At Marbral Advisory, we believe in leading by example. That’s why we’re proud to announce that we have officially received Jersey Living Wage Accreditation, awarded by Caritas Jersey.
This recognition reflects our commitment to fair pay, ensuring that every employee—whether part of our team or within our supply chain—earns a wage that allows them to live with dignity and thrive in our community.
Why the Living Wage Matters
The Jersey Living Wage is set independently and calculated based on the cost of living, taxes, and available benefits. For 2025, the rate is £14.13 per hour—an amount designed to help workers meet their essential needs without struggling to make ends meet.
Caritas Jersey, licensed by the UK’s Living Wage Foundation, leads this initiative to tackle in-work poverty and promote fair pay across the island. With the rising cost of rent and utilities, the Living Wage has never been more important in ensuring financial security for workers.
Our Commitment to People & Positive Change
Since our founding in 2013, Marbral Advisory has championed positive transformation in businesses across Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, the UK, and Ireland. As specialists in change management, project management, and business analysis, we understand that true success starts with people.
"At Marbral Advisory, we are proud to be a Jersey Living Wage Employer. This recognition underscores our commitment to valuing our people internally and also those in our wider supply chain. Paying the Living Wage is not just about meeting a standard—it aligns with our core values of inclusivity, integrity, and excellence. By supporting the Living Wage, we aim to set a positive example across all of our jurisdictions and beyond, demonstrating that businesses can thrive while prioritising the wellbeing of people." — Leonie McCrann, CEO, Marbral Advisory
“We are very happy to accredit Marbral Advisory as a Jersey Living Wage employer. Many workers are experiencing significant increases in their living costs, making a fair wage more critical than ever. We value Marbral Advisory’s support and encourage others to follow their example.” —Patrick Lynch, CEO of Caritas, added.
